What This Content Is
One person's documented experience. Not professional advice of any kind. Use it as a reference point -- not a plan. For plans involving your hearing or your health, involve someone trained in the relevant field.
Testing Approach
I won't pretend my testing is rigorous in any academic sense. What I do: use the supplement daily for at least four weeks, keep a log, compare it honestly to what came before. I track ringing severity on a rough daily scale, note sleep quality, flag any patterns that look consistent over multiple weeks. If a supplement produces a signal worth writing about -- positive or negative -- the review goes up. If I can't tell the difference from noise, I say so.
I also check third-party ingredient transparency resources when I can find them. I want to know what's actually in what I'm testing before I spend four weeks testing it.
Affiliate Relationships
Some links here are affiliate links. Click one, buy the thing, I get a small cut -- at no extra cost to you. The commission doesn't shape which products end up reviewed here. If something turned out to be junk, the review says it was junk. If you want to skip the affiliate link and search directly, I won't know and it won't change anything I write.
Corrections
If I got something wrong, I want to fix it. The contact page is the place to flag anything that looks off. Corrections are noted when made.
How to Use These Reviews
Nothing here is medical, financial, or legal advice. The writing reflects one person's experience with specific products over specific testing windows. Your tinnitus, your body, and your situation are different from mine. For anything affecting your hearing or your health, an audiologist or doctor who knows your actual history is the right source of guidance.
