How We Test Products

I won't pretend my testing is rigorous in any academic sense. What I do is simple: use the product daily for at least four weeks, keep notes, compare it honestly to whatever I was using before. If that's enough to help you decide, the review goes up. If not, it doesn't.

How We Make Money

I want to be upfront about how this site works financially. A lot of the links to products are affiliate links — that means if you buy through one, I get paid a small commission. Not from your pocket; from the retailer's side. If that bothers you, you can always search for the product directly and buy without my link. I won't know, and it won't affect anything I write.
